Your job:
For 2 autonomous driving vehicle projects the Software Defined Systems Engineering team is looking for experienced automotive development project engineers that have experience with designing, implementing, and integrating EE hardware and software functions on system and vehicle level. Can you make extreme complexity look easy? Can you deep dive into complex issues and problem solving them while maintaining overview? You understand and can determine dependencies between the overall vehicle functionality and planning, control system functionality and software and application software. Are you still following? Proven project management and communication skills are a key asset. You own the cost, timing and quality forecasting, definition, and delivery. You can easily communicate and influence people at all levels in the organization. You combine standard and agile project management processes, techniques and tools. Experience with low volume vehicle development and NPI projects would be a benefit. You are goal and results driven. You can manage large amounts of data and make sense of them to others. You are in control without controlling. You create overview and insight for all. We are a new and diverse group of, mostly, young professionals.
