Maintenance Technician (5-Shift System)

In this role, you and your colleagues from the Maintenance Team are responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of the entire production line, 24/7.

The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role within our organization. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for keeping our machinery and production equipment operating at peak performance in our state-of-the-art production facility.
Your main responsibilities include carrying out maintenance activities and resolving technical malfunctions.
Your tasks include:
- Performing maintenance and repairs on our production line and related machinery.
- Advising on repair solutions and maintenance improvements.
- Independently troubleshooting and resolving technical breakdowns.
- Ensuring a proper handover of information to colleagues.
- Contributing ideas for process improvements and creative technical solutions.
Your Strengths
We are looking for someone who has:
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation system.
- An MBO Level 3 qualification, preferably in Mechatronics or a related technical field.
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC systems and robot controls.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A stress-resistant attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
- A genuine interest in technology and process improvement.
- Experience as a Maintenance Technician or Field Service Technician (preferred).
