Jorik Neelen Procesengineer industrialisatie

VDL De Meeuw

I started working for VDL De Meeuw through an employment agency. The improvements VDL De Meeuw wants to make really appealed to me. I made the choice based on my feelings: it felt right, I felt welcome. And that was a good choice because the colleagues are helpful and open. They are there for you and all have the drive to get ahead.

As junior industrialization engineer I am involved in improvement proposals within engineering, making improvements transparent and monitoring progress.

Proud

I am proud of the new structure I have put in place and how I was able to give substance to it.
Do you achieve better results by working together?
