Software Project Leader / Scrum Master E-mobility

The job

We are looking for a Scrum Master who gives direction to multiple teams. These teams include software engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers and testers. Because the teams are learning in the field of agile work, you also coach them towards self-management. Are you looking for a job where you can bring teams to the next level of agile way of working? You will get a lot of freedom and input to help shape this process.

You are responsible for managing the achievement of project objectives, consultation with management and providing them with information. The goal is to create conditions within your teams whereby high quality can be achieved.

This is you

Thanks to your experience as a Scrum Master, you have the ability to guide professionals and teams and bring them to the next level. You know how to hold your ground in a technical company culture and always have your sights set on the continuous improvement of teams and our organization. You inspire others to promote cooperation and will achieve the best possible result.

On top of that, it's important that you recognize everything on the checklist below:

You have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
You have at least a PSM I certificate, a PSM II certifcate is a plus;
You have experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence;
You have experience with coaching multiple teams and individuals
You are a genius in connecting colleagues
Communicative and interpersonal sensitivity are/you have by nature
You are full of energy, you are passionate and you do not shy away from a challenge!
You have a good command of the English language
